My recipe for these perfect-crispy pizzas, came from Tuscany, but by way of a cookbook, not from my visit itself. Fridays get me thinking about the weekend and food and soul recovery from a long week of work. I always begin dreaming of the weekend dishes I’ll make with the treasures I find at our farmers market stop on Saturday morning…and the downtime.
